How do I Book?

Once we’ve had a meet and greet we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the date. This will be invoiced to you via email.

Is the deposit Refundable?

Our refund policy is that if we can book that date again or you cancel 6+ months of the wedding we’ll refund you 100% of the deposit. Outside of this, 20% of deposits paid or a fairly calculated amount will be retained to cover business costs. In most cases we will allow a transfer of a deposit to another date. If we can re-book your cancelled date then you will receive a 100% refund.

We allow a cooling off period of 3 business days.

Do you have Payment Plans?

Payment plans can be requested - whether to help with budgeting or helping you remember to make payments, we can set up automated reminders of due dates and set the amounts to your needs.

When will I receive my Images?

We aim to have your photos ready for you within 6-8 weeks of the wedding date. They will be downloadable through a Dropbox link and mailed as prints if purchased in addition to your package.

T&Cs

This agreement is made effective for all purposes in all respects as between the Client (anyone paying for services) and Moss Wedding Photography regarding the subject matter of a signed contract.

Images & Copyrights
All images are copyright to the photographer under Australian Copyright Law (all rights reserved). The photographer has the absolute right and permission to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits or any other reproductions or adaptations from either complete or in part alone or in conjunction with any wording for all uses including publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

The Clients images may be used in prints, marketing and advertising materials (including social media). The Client/s may not sell or alter the images in any way (including Instagram filters) without the written permission of Moss Wedding Photography. These photographs are to be used for personal and non-commercial use only by the Client/s unless an alternative contract has been negotiated prior.

Though not a requirement, we do hope you’ll tag or credit us when sharing your photos to share the love!

Limit of Liability:
Client/s is/are responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the Photographer will be performing services and all activities undertaken by the Photographer.

The Photographer is not responsible for:
Client/s choices with location, hair, wardrobe and products. Reshoot and refund will not be offered. For any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. For any claims against their person or their business.

The Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional quality and within the Photographer's artistic standards . No raw or unedited files will be supplied. Editing such as colour enhancement, lighting, exposure etc and basic retouching removing blemishes are included. Extensive retouching such as enhancing body parts is not available.

The Photographer's equipment such as camera, computer and professional printer have been calibrated to offer beautiful product and images on par. However there may be a discrepancy in colour between Photographer and Clients’ monitor/s or chosen print facility (please don’t print them at Kmart).

Payment
A 30% deposit is due to secure date and time of session.

Should Client/s cancel within 6 months of the photo shoot or otherwise breach this Agreement, the Non-Refundable session fee shall be liquidated for damages to the Photographer. Due to the nature of the photographic products and service no refunds will be given.

A cooling off period of 3 business days applies, during which a 100% refund is granted.

Full Payment must be made prior to the delivery of your images.

Please examine all images in your gallery thoroughly and if there is any concerns with your digital images please contact Moss Wedding Photography within 30 days to resolve any issues.

Delivery
All digital images supplied by Moss Wedding Photography should be ordered through a custom photography lab. Moss Wedding Photography is not responsible for prints produced by the labs client(s) choice. We recommend CPL Digital.

All digital images ordered will be carefully delivered to the Client/s. The Photographer is not responsible for the damage of transit and after delivery to Client(s) and will not be responsible for loss or damage digital files due to circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control.

Images will be kept on file by the Photographer for 1 year after their photo-shoot. Every effort is made to secure equipment back-up, however due to the unreliability of digital equipment data loss can occur at any time. The Photographer is not liable for any loss of digital data whatsoever.

Feed Us Please
Photography is hungry work. For all bookings a meal is required for each photographer to get us through the day. Most venues will offer a discounted ‘vendors meal’ option which will be plenty.
